Ann will cohost this Lake Norman Writers event celebrating and honoring the resilience of those affected by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina. A few Open Mic spots are available for short prose and poetry about the mountains, storms and climate change. Donations for Beloved Asheville will be accepted.

Ann was interviewed by Pooja Chilukuri, Be Made Whole Wellness Education Podcast. Pooja is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Health Coach, Wellness Educator, and a published author.  Ann and Pooja discussed Ann’s daughter’s celiac disease, her family’s transition to a gluten-free lifestyle and wellness tips that anyone can employ to enhance their well-being.
